Community Family Clinic - Blackfoot

Our Community Family Clinics opened to assist all Idaho residents, regardless of socioeconomic status, health care insurance status, race, religion, national origin, gender, or sexual orientation.

The clinic accepts uninsured patients, patients with private insurance, and patients with Medicaid or Medicare. Services may be provided on a sliding fee scale, based on income.

All services are available in Spanish and English.
